In 2007, I was hired as Seamless’ second in-house designer. As a member of the marketing team reporting directly to the CMO, I was a creative team of one responsible for designing everything from the bags the food was delivered in to national out-of-home campaigns and everything in between. In 2011, the company rebranded from SeamlessWeb to Seamless which involved extensive branding and updating of all sales, marketing and promotional materials.
As the company evolved, email marketing became a much larger part of our focus and I became an expert in designing, coding and testing of all of our all communications for lifecycle, early engagement, discount and event emails, working alongside our Email Marketing Manager.
During my time at the company, I was also responsible for all print vendor relationships, the management of our freelancers and mentoring new junior designers on the Product team.
