Seamless
In 2007, I joined Seamless as the company’s second in-house designer, reporting directly to the CMO on the marketing team. My role spanned a wide range of responsibilities, from designing food delivery bags to developing national out-of-home campaigns.
When the company rebranded from SeamlessWeb to Seamless in 2011, I played a central role in the extensive branding initiative, updating all sales, marketing, and promotional materials to reflect the new identity.
As Seamless expanded, email marketing became a critical channel, and I specialized in designing, coding, and testing all email communications — covering lifecycle, engagement, promotional, and event campaigns — in close partnership with the Email Marketing Manager.
Beyond design, I also managed vendor relationships, oversaw freelancers, and mentored junior designers on the product team.
