I am the Head of Global Creative Studio at TikTok, leading a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and motion designers across the Global Brand & Creative department. I balance hands-on design work with team leadership, actively executing projects while guiding the team to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned content worldwide.

I joined TikTok in December 2023 as Global User Communications Design Manager, where I built a new global design team focused on scalable user communications. We delivered creative assets across in-app content, email, landing pages, and presentations, while developing streamlined workflows and optimizing cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and impact.

In my current role, I continue to mentor talent, establish effective creative processes, and ensure our global content meets the highest standards. My focus is on empowering teams, maintaining brand excellence, and delivering creative solutions that resonate across platforms and audiences.
